Delete your GoWithVibe account

You can delete your GoWithVibe account and its data at any time. There are two ways to ask.

Delete from the app

1. Open GoWithVibe and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Edit profile.
3. Under Account, choose Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@gowithvibe.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.

What happens, and when

Within 30 days: your account is deactivated immediately. Your profile stops appearing to other travellers, nobody can message you, and signing back in during this window restores the account.

After 30 days: the account and its data are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.

What is deleted

• Your profile — name, photo, bio, gender, date of birth
• Your moods and your vibe log history
• Your matches, connection requests and messages
• Your notifications and anything you shared from a trip
• Your profile photo file and your sign-in record

What is kept

Safety reports made about an account are retained after deletion. They are needed to keep other travellers safe and to meet our legal obligations, and they are not linked to a usable profile.
